My wife and I met your sales rep at the job site to review the completed work. As I told the rep towards the end of the meeting, while we are extremely pleased with the end result, what we really appreciate was his overall handling of the project.
The ADA legislation, both state and federal, imposes on the property owner a very precise set of requirements that must be set in cement and asphalt. Failure to meet those requirements can result in ongoing, serial, lawsuits brought against the property owner by private individuals. As a result, I was very stressed about making sure that what was to be done was clearly communicated in order to ensure that all those involved were operating under shared expectations. Your rep responded to all of my concerns, questions, and requests (even those he couldn’t accommodate) with patience and understanding in a pleasant and respectful manner.
As to the implementation of the shared expectations, your crew must be artists. I didn’t see how they were going to be able to meet the close tolerances of the ADA requirements when working with concrete and asphalt. But, according to the percent grade level, they did. So give your crew a high five from us for a job masterfully done.
Thanks very much to you and your crew.
